South African fund to buy Koper mall

Koper/Johannesburg, 5 July - Greenbay Properties, a South African property fund, plans to spend EUR 56m on the acquisition of a Koper mall owned by retailer Tuš, which has to offload key assets as part of a debt restructuring agreement.
