Slovenia and Austria to Boost Tourism in Border Regions
Ljubljana, 28 August - TOURISM/AUSTRIA/CARYNTHIA/SLOVENIA
Deputy Governor of the Austrian province of Carynthia Karl Heinz Grasser Wednesday arrived on a one-day visit to Slovenia, where he discussed with Slovenia's State Secretary for Tourism Peter Vesenjak tourist cooperation between Slovenia and Carynthia and joint cooperation with Italian province of Friuli Venezia-Giulia. The officials also exchanged experience in organizing and promoting tourism, talked about tourist legislation and exchanged experience of Carynthian tourist organizations in entering the European Union. Grasser was also received by mayor of Ljubljana Dimitrij Rupel.
