Ljubljana, 6 July - Political theorist and former diplomat Milan Balažic presented on Wednesday his book discussing what he described as a downfall of Slovenia, which he blames on every single government in the country in the past 15 years. He also took the opportunity to announce the formation of a new civil movement in September.
