Delo says NATO summit has shown Putin is an enemy

Ljubljana, 9 July - While this was not completely clear at the NATO summit in Wales, the following meeting in Warsaw has shown that the alliance sees an enemy in Russian President Vladimir Putin that needs to be limited, the daily Delo says in Saturday's commentary.
