Parliament appoints two new constitutional judges

Ljubljana, 12 July - The National Assembly has appointed Špelca Mežnar and Marko Šorli new members of Slovenia's nine-strong Constitutional Court. Civil law expert Mežnar won 71 votes and long-serving Supreme Court justice Šorli 60. They will start serving their nine-year terms in the autumn.
