Mercator offloads apparel subsidiary

Ljubljana, 14 July - Retailer Mercator revealed Thursday it offloaded its apparel and beauty subsidiary Modiana to Montecristo SL for an undisclosed sum as it continues to divest non-core assets to focus on its core grocery business as part of the Croatian-owned Agrokor group.
