Delo says proposed surveillance bill undemocratic

Ljubljana, 21 July - The daily Delo takes issue with a forthcoming legislative proposal by the Interior Ministry that gives police sweeping surveillance powers, saying that it is being considered in secret and encroaches on the rights of innocent citizens.
