Ljubljana, 21 July - Infrastructure Minister Peter Gašperšič got the government's endorsement on Thursday for his response to a no-confidence motion filed against him by a group of opposition MPs over delays in the construction of a second rail track to the Koper port and tensions at port operator Luka Koper.
