Gorenje stock further up amid speculations on takeover by Panasonic

Ljubljana, 27 July - Speculations about a possible takeover of Gorenje by minority owner Panasonic fuelled a strong growth of the stock (5.96% to EUR 7.45) on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, whose SBI TOP index gained 0.95% to 715.27 points on Wednesday. Total volumes reached EUR 980,000, with Gorenje being the busiest item at EUR 344,660-worth of deals.
