Eco Invest endorsed to recapitalise Paloma
Sladki Vrh, 29 July - The shareholders of tissue maker Paloma on Friday endorsed a EUR 18.2m recapitalisation through which a majority stake in the company will pass into the ownership of Slovak financial fund Eco Invest.
