Dnevnik: May agreement between govt and Ljubljana publicity stunt

Ljubljana, 19 August - The daily Dnevnik writes on Friday that while the deal PM Miro Cerar and Mayor of Ljubljana Zoran Janković signed in May formally meets the requirements of the changes to the law on the capital, a fleeting glance at it shows that the purpose of the agreement was more of a publicity stunt.
