Telekom to regain majority ownership in Planet TV

Ljubljana, 26 August - Telecoms incumbent Telekom Slovenije and Greek Antenna Group have agreed on a recapitalisation of the joint venture operating commercial broadcaster Planet TV under which Telekom will increase its stake from 49% to become the majority owner by the end of the year.
