Trimo shareholders not squeezed out by majority owner

Trebnje, 31 August - Polish equity fund Innova, which holds an 98% share in Trimo, the Trebnje-based maker of prefabricated building components, did not squeeze out the remaining shareholders at Wednesday's general meeting as planned. Innova withdrew its offer because of a dispute over price.
