50th anniversary of British plane crash remembered
Brnik, 13 September - A memorial was unveiled near Brnik airport on Tuesday to remember the 98 victims of the biggest aviation accident in Slovenia. The Britannia Airways plane, en route from London to Ljubljana, crashed on 1 September 1966 in a forest near the village of Lahovče, about three km south-east of the airport.
