Slovenia takes Croatia to human rights court over bank LB's debt
Ljubljana, 15 September - Slovenia on Thursday filed an inter-state suit against Croatia at the European Court of Human Rights demanding at least EUR 360m in compensation over the debt the Zagreb subsidiary of the defunct Slovenian bank Ljubljanska banka (LB) has failed to recover from Croatian companies.
