Technocrat Vraničar Erman appointed finance minister
Ljubljana, 21 September - Mateja Vraničar Erman, the Finance Ministry's long-serving state secretary, was appointed by parliament on Wednesday as Slovenia's first female finance minister by 50 votes to 21.
