Ljubljana, 23 September - Culture Minister Tone Peršak met on Thursday EU Commissioner for Education, Culture, Youth and Sport Tibor Navracsics, who is paying a two-day visit to Slovenia, to discuss Creative Europe and the proposal to make 2018 the European Year of Cultural Heritage.
