Sava Re gets regulatory approval to merge four insurers
Ljubljana, 23 September - The Slovenian Agency for Insurance Supervision has cleared the plan by Sava Re, the country's second largest insurance group, to merge its four insurance subsidiaries in Slovenia and Croatia.
