Higher outlays on infrastructure, security planned in new budget

Ljubljana, 28 September - The government plans higher outlays on security, infrastructure, science, employment and health in 2017 and 2018 while sticking to fiscal consolidation to narrow the deficit, show budget documents submitted to parliament.
