Bratušek urges Church to give up denationalisation compensation
Ljubljana, 12 October - Alenka Bratušek, a former prime minister, has called on the Catholic Church to give up the millions of euros in damages it has been awarded due to the delays in the denationalisation of forests. She is puzzled by how the Church can demand compensation after companies in its ownership dug a EUR 450m hole in Slovenian banks.
