Committee with mixed feeling about defence budget

Ljubljana, 13 October - Defence Minister Andreja Katič and the coalition welcomed during a parliamentary Defence Committee debate on Thursday the end of cuts to defence spending in the 2017 and 2018 budgets, but agreed that substantial increases would be needed in the coming years. The opposition meanwhile saw no cause for satisfaction.
