Cimos sold to Italian investment holding Palladio Finanziaria

Ljubljana, 14 October - A 92% stake in car parts supplier Cimos will be sold to Italian investment fund Palladio Finanziaria in a transaction worth EUR 110m under a contract signed on Friday. The transaction is to be completed in the first quarter of 2017 pending regulatory approval, the Bank Asset Management Company (BAMC) said.
