Industrial polluters indemnify farmers after landmark verdict
Ljubljana, 17 October - In what is a precedent in Slovenian case law, four major industrial polluters from the Zasavje region in central Slovenia have been ordered to pay over EUR 2m in compensation to 41 plaintiffs claiming major damage to farming.
