Banka Koper changing its name

Ljubljana, 25 October - Banka Koper, the Slovenian subsidiary of the Italian banking group Intesa Sanpaolo, will adopt the name of its parent bank pending a formal confirmation by the shareholders. The change is to take effect in about a month, the bank revealed on Tuesday.
