Committee blocks proposal to give grandparents paternal rights
Ljubljana, 27 October - The parliamentary Committee for Labour, the Family, Social Affairs and the Disabled rejected on Thursday opposition-sponsored amendments to the family law that would allow grandparents to get parental rights for their grandchildren in special circumstances.
