Constitutional Court clears bail-in, but rules recourse not satisfactory
Ljubljana, 27 October - The Constitutional Court has left intact the main legal basis for the erasure of subordinated bank bonds during the 2013 bank bailout in a landmark decision, but it ruled that provisions on legal recourse were unconstitutional and instructed plaintiffs to undertake civil action.
