Constitutional Court clears bail-in, but orders better recourse

Ljubljana, 27 October - The Constitutional Court has upheld the core of the legal basis for the scraping of bank shareholders and junior bondholders during the 2013 bank bailout in a landmark decision, but it ruled that several provisions on legal recourse are unconstitutional and should be corrected.
