Slovenians remain among top savers in EU

Ljubljana, 31 October - Saving, which is celebrated on World Savings Day, 31 October, needs little promotion in Slovenia, where the savings rate was the third highest among EU members in 2015. Despite the falling interest rates, Slovenians remain conservative savers, having half of their savings invested in the form of deposits.
