Ljubljana, 28 October - A parliamentary inquiry commission that has been looking into the controversial 2013 bank bailout spoke on Friday of obvious violations at two liquidated small banks. It called for legislative changes enabling a more effective prosecution of bank crime, including with a specialised court.
