Slovenian doctors on strike, activities to be stepped up

Ljubljana, 8 November - Slovenian doctors started striking on Tuesday after failing to find common ground with the government on pay and workload standards in negotiations that have lasted for almost a year. While the action started out without causing major disruptions, problems are expected to emerge soon.
