Ljubljana, 10 November - It will be cloudy with some rain on Thursday morning, but the skies will partly clear up in the afternoon. Morning temperatures of -3 to 3 degrees Celsius are expected, while daytime highs are forecast to stand between 3 and 8 degrees Celsius, 10 at the coast and the Goriško region.
