Weekly review of events involving Slovenia, 11-17 November

Ljubljana, 18 November - The National Assembly passed the 2017 and 2018 budgets, which have raised controversy due to unfinished talks on public sector labour costs for next year, and enshrined the right to drinking water in the Constitution. Talks with the public sector unions continued, as did negotiations with doctors two weeks into their strike.
