Ljubljana, 14 November - It will be mostly clear in Slovenia on Tuesday with morning fog or low cloud possible in low-lying areas. A bora wind will die down in the SW region of Primorsko in the evening. Morning lows will stand between -7 and -1 degrees Celsius, up to 3 at the coast, and daytime highs will range from 1 to 5 degrees, up to 11 at the coast.
