EU to scrutinise Slovenia's macroeconomic situation this year too
Brussels, 16 November - The European Commission announced on Wednesday that Slovenia, along with 12 other EU member states, will be subjected to an in-depth review related to macroeconomic imbalances. Slovenia has had to undergo such a review each year since the "European Semester" review mechanism was introduced 2011.
