EU budget assessment warning to proceed with reforms, says minister

Ljubljana, 16 November - Finance Minister Mateja Vraničar Erman said she understood the EU assessment that the 2017 draft budgetary plan was at risk of non-compliance with the requirements of the Stability and Growth Pact as a very serious warning about the need for further structural reforms. The opposition and GZS see it as a harbinger of a bleaker future.
