ECHR cancels lawsuits by erased, is happy with domestic compensation scheme

Strasbourg, 17 November - The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) said on Thursday it had struck a lawsuit filed against Slovenia by a group of the erased from its list of cases, arguing the compensation scheme set up by Slovenia upon its order was satisfactory.
