Right to water in Constitution rare act of unity, Delo says

Ljubljana, 18 November - The Constitutional change made on Thursday enshrining access to drinking water as a fundamental right was a rare moment of unity in Slovenian politics, but the decisiveness was logical in the face of looming intercontinental treaties and secret negotiations, Delo says on Friday.
