Portorož, 18 November - Two awards for special achievements in business have been conferred at the Business Conference in Portorož on Vladimir Rukavina, the founder of the Lent summer festival in Maribor and director of Maribor's cultural centre Narodni dom, and Darko Brlek, the director of Festival Ljubljana.
