Majority in parliament against CETA referendum at this point

Ljubljana, 18 November - A large majority of parties rejected in parliament on Friday a proposal by the opposition United Left (ZL) to hold a consultative referendum on the CETA free trade agreement between the EU and Canada. Most would potentially be willing to back a referendum for when the country's ratification of the deal is due.
