Ljubljana, 25 November - A strike by doctors was suspended for two months but instead of giving the beleaguered cabinet some reprieve it intensified tensions with other public sector unions in the final phases of crucial talks on public sector pay. The government did, however, put behind it a no-confidence motion targeting the entire cabinet, and opened an embassy in Iran.
