Upper chamber vetoes 2017, 2018 budgets implementation acts
Ljubljana, 24 November - The upper chamber of parliament, the National Council, vetoed in a 27:2 vote on Thursday the budget implementation act for the coming two years over what councillors believe is insufficient funding of municipalities.
