Constitutional judge: US source of border arbitration leak

Ljubljana, 24 November - Constitutional judge Mitja Deisinger has asserted that it was the United States which leaked secret recordings of a phone conversation compromising Slovenia's arbiter in the border arbitration process to Croatia in order to discipline Slovenia over its relationship with Russia.
