Court upholds sentences for fmr Luka Koper boss, fmr MP
Koper, 25 November - The Koper District Court has found former Luka Koper boss Robert Časar, former MP Srečko Prijatelj and businessman Marjan Mikuž guilty of corruption in a retrial over a contentious purchase of land near Sežana. Časar and Prijatelj were given prison sentences, while the court followed the prosecution's proposal and pardoned Mikuž.
