Delo says Schulz's return could bring burst of energy to SPD

Ljubljana, 26 November - Commenting on the decision by Martin Schulz, the president of the European Parliament, to return to German political arena, the daily Delo writes on Saturday that the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD) has gained a burst of energy at the time it needs it the most.
