Delo: OPEC deal defeat for Saudi Arabia

Ljubljana, 2 December - Delo interprets the historical OPEC agreement on the reduction of oil output as a victory for the US and defeat for Saudi Arabia, which had jacked up production in order to put US producers of shale oil out of business.
