Helios sold to Japanese Kansai Paint

Domžale, 6 December - The shareholders of Helios and Kansai Paint signed on Tuesday a contract to sell the Domžale-based coatings maker to the Japanese paint maker. Under the contract, Helios will become Kansai's European centre of innovation, R&D, production and distribution, reads a press release from Helios.
