Ljubljana, 9 December - The healthcare and health insurance bill, which is the centrepiece of the health reform package discussed by the coalition on Friday, is reportedly still missing articles related to financing, the scheme meant to provide comprehensive basic insurance and the basket of healthcare rights related to this.
