Delo comments on Cerar's image change

Ljubljana, 19 December - Commenting on a motto put forward by PM Miro Cerar nearly a year ago, "I am a Slovenian. I don't whine. I seek solutions." the daily Delo writes in Monday's front-page commentary that the PM's party, the Modern Centre Party (SMC), is trying to transform into a serious party.
