Defence expert says attacks by individuals hard to prevent

Ljubljana, 20 December - The Berlin attack was carried out by a lone wolf, an individual who is hard to discover. Such attacks are even more difficult to prevent and security agencies could not have done much more to thwart it, defence expert Klemen Grošelj told the STA.
