Govt agrees defence spending needs to be increased

Ljubljana, 22 December - The defence budget would need to be raised by EUR 30-45m annually if the Slovenian army was to stay up-to-date, maintain urgent capacities and gradually implement its international commitments, a review of the defence sector has shown.
